New and experienced teachers can refresh and consider what a student centered classroom is, and why it's important.

There are essential elements to great lessons and we must first, understand a little brain biology and learning theory. Next, through intentional planning and performance based lesson objectives, we can help students upshift and use their neo-cortex and not their reptile brain!

We'll also examine the value of using positive pre-supposition in questioning and providing students a clear goal and learning path to a product they'll create. All of this engages students and encourages risk taking and active learning.
